SERVICE CONTRACTS  • Service contracts provide unlimited on-site service calls to repair covered equipment  • 48-hours maximum for on-site response  • Travel and labor charges, in addition to replacement parts, are included in the contract  • Telephone technical support within 1 hour  • Personal Contract Managers ensure quality service and satisfaction

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS • Annual preventive maintenance visits ensures peak performance of your analytical equipment  • This service is included in the service contract price for some covered equipment  • This service can be purchased and provided on-site for individual instruments  • No more than four hours are required for this service

INCIDENTAL SERVICES  • Incidental Service is ideal for customers with limited operating budgets  • This on-site service is offered at current labor and travel rates  • All parts needed for repair of the equipment will be billed at current list prices  • We accept purchase orders from clients with good credit rating, corporate checks or credit cards
