• 48-hours maximum for on-site response
• Travel and labor charges, in addition to replacement parts, are included in the contract
• Telephone technical support within 1 hour
• Personal Contract Managers ensure quality service and satisfaction
  

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• Annual preventative maintenance visits
• This service can be purchased and provided on-site for individual instruments
• No more than four hours are required for this service

IN-HOUSE REPAIR

• Equipment can be repaired at our offices eliminating travel charges
• In-house repair facilities are designed to allow identification of intermittent or chronic analytical problems
• Loaner instruments can be provided for a nominal charge

INCIDENTAL SERVICE

• Incidental Service is ideal for customers with limited operating budgets
• This on-site service is offered at current labor and travel rates
• All parts needed for repair of the equipment will be billed at current list prices
• We accept purchase orders from clients with good credit rating, corporate checks or credit cards
